Yes. We can set up planned maintenance covering boilers, plant room equipment, water heaters, TMVs and general plumbing, with visits scheduled around your opening hours. Each visit is recorded, so you have a clear service history for insurers, auditors and your own compliance records. We agree the scope and visit frequency with you before anything is signed.
Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes, where the job needs it. Work such as a boiler replacement or a water shutdown is often better done early, late or at weekends so staff and customers aren't affected. We agree timings, access and any isolations with you in advance.
How quickly can you attend a commercial breakdown?
It depends on the fault and where the site is. When you call, give us the site postcode, what has failed and whether it's stopping the building from operating, and we'll confirm an attendance time on the call. If you need agreed response times in writing, we can build them into a maintenance contract.
Do you provide RAMS and compliance paperwork?
Yes. As a CHAS accredited contractor, we provide risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) before work starts on site. When the job is complete, you receive the relevant certificates and records, such as gas safety and commissioning paperwork, for your files.
