OUR MECHANICAL SERVICES
Mechanical services are critical to the performance, efficiency and compliance of any commercial building. We deliver the full mechanical package, covering plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, drainage and gas, designed, installed and commissioned to keep commercial, industrial and public buildings running safely and efficiently. Our work sits within the wider MEP scope (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and we coordinate on site with the appointed electrical contractor and other trades to keep the package on programme.
Gloucester Mechanical supports specification-led mechanical installations across Gloucestershire, where sequencing, access and programme control are critical. Use the services below to identify the right scope, then send your site postcode and drawings/specification so we can provide an accurate quotation.

Heating Systems
Installation of high-efficiency commercial heating systems, including boilers, air source heat pumps, radiators and underfloor heating. We work across both traditional and low-temperature systems, particularly suited to ASHP-led designs, delivering pipework distribution, plant connections and controls integration to drawings and specification.

Commercial Plumbing & Pipework
Gloucester Mechanical delivers plumbing installations across Gloucestershire for specification-led and contractor-managed projects. We install hot and cold water systems, boosted supplies, cylinders, pumps and distribution pipework, alongside sanitaryware fit-out, coordinated through installation, commissioning support and sign-off.

Ventilation Systems
Mechanical ventilation installation for contractor-led projects, including extract systems for kitchens and bathrooms, fresh air supply, ductwork, and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) where specified. Coordinated with site teams to maintain indoor air quality and meet regulatory requirements.

Air Conditioning & Cooling
Installation of commercial cooling systems including split units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers and fan coil units for larger buildings. Sequenced and coordinated with other trades through to commissioning and handover.

Drainage Systems
Installation of above-ground and below-ground drainage, including soil and waste systems and rainwater systems, delivered in line with project specifications and UK Building Regulations.

Gas Services
Gas pipework installation, metering and appliance connections where applicable, carried out by qualified engineers and signed off in line with specification.

Heat Pumps For Mechanical Projects
Air source heat pumps can be a practical option for commercial buildings looking to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and improve efficiency, depending on the property and heat demand. We install and maintain air source heat pumps across Gloucestershire as an alternative to traditional heating systems, starting with a survey to confirm suitability. Once specified, we carry out installation and commissioning, and provide servicing and maintenance when required so the system performs as intended day to day.
