Can you refurbish our washrooms while the building stays open?
Yes. We phase the work so some toilets stay available throughout, and we plan water shutdowns and noisy work for quieter times. If every facility has to close at once, we'll advise on temporary welfare units for the duration.
Do you handle cubicles, tiling and electrics as well as the plumbing?
Our work covers the plumbing and sanitaryware - pipework, wastes, WCs, urinals, basins, taps and showers. Cubicles, wall linings, flooring and electrical items such as hand dryers and assistance alarms are specialist trades, and we coordinate with them to one programme or work under your fit-out contractor.
Can you install accessible toilets?
Yes. We install accessible WCs in line with Approved Document M, with the WC, basin, grab rails and lever taps set out at the required positions. The emergency assistance alarm is electrical work, so we coordinate it with your electrician as part of the same job.
Can you work to our architect's or fit-out contractor's specification?
Yes. We install to specifications set by architects, fit-out contractors and facilities teams, including client-supplied sanitaryware. Before work starts, we check the specified products against your water pressure, waste routes and expected footfall, and raise any conflicts with the design team early.
