The main change is structure. Services are now split clearly into Domestic, Commercial, Mechanical, and New Builds, so homeowners, landlords, facilities teams and developers can go straight to the right page without wading through everything.
You’ll also see more practical FAQs and clearer guidance on what helps us quote accurately, like the postcode, a short job description, and for boiler faults the make/model and any error code.
We’re still the same team, working across Gloucestershire, now with a site that’s easier to use on mobile and easier to contact us through.
